Here are a couple of my personal favorite recipes for bbq. The first is a sauce and yet another is really a rub.

Pork Rub Recipe:

3 glasses of turbinado sugar

½ cup   two tablespoons of kosher salt

4 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon of pepper

1 tablespoon of chili powder

1 teaspoon of chipotle pepper

1 tablespoon of red pepper cayenne

1 tablespoon of onion powder

two tablespoons of garlic clove powder

1 teaspoon of oregano

Bbq Sauce for Ribs

¼ cup Wild Poultry Bourbon

2 cups ketchup

1 cup Brown sugar

½ cup Apple cider vinegar treatment

¼ cup Pineapple juice

3 teaspoon Molasses

2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoon Essential olive oil

1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Salt

Mix all of the ingredients and simmer on stove before the sauce will get thick.

It’s not necessary to begin on your own to create your own “signature bbq sauce”. There are several great sauces which you can use like a base for the sauce. One which I like is Cattlemen’s Classic Barbecue Sauce. Go ahead and take base sauce after which use fantasy and tastebuds to reach your personal special sauce. Some ingredients you can include to some base sauce are brown sugar, honey, salt, red pepper, pepper, hot sauce, beer, bourbon, cola, etc. Make sure to jot lower measurements that you employ to be able to result in the sauce again. Focusing on a recipe like this is often fun! Make certain you have ample refrigerator space for the new creations.
